Technical support engineer (Optical Transmission) --(work location: Hongkong or Shenzhen)

1. Responsible for pre-sales and post-sales technical support of optical transmission products for global regional projects, complete pre-sales consultation, program design, publicity and communication, technical answer and technical clarification, and after-sales technical problem solving;

2. Manage the product life cycle of the optical module product line, formulate and promote the implementation of internal and external development, marketing, iteration, and removal of optical module products;

3. Cooperate with marketing department and sales center to write product promotion copy and solution copy;

4. Market application and competition information collection, research and analysis.

job requirements:

1. Full-time bachelor degree or above, major in optoelectronic information engineering and communication related;

2. More than two years of relevant work experience in optical modules, with actual experience in R&D or technical support of optical module products;

3. Good communication skills, rigorous thinking, experience and works in PPT production and presentation;

4. English CET-4 or above, fluent in spoken English, able to be used as a working language;

5. Steady image and temperament, able to adapt to business trips.
